Dental Receptionist
Job Description First Impressions: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, answer phones with a professional demeanor, and route incoming calls efficiently.
Smart Scheduling: Keep the Open Dental calendar optimized by making and scheduling patient appointments, confirming upcoming visits, and quickly filling sudden openings from our short-call list.
Insurance & Account Support: Verify dental insurance benefits before visits, collect patient copays at the time of service, and ensure digital patient charts are kept highly accurate and up to date.
full-time $17 - $19 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits Monday-Thur 8am-4pm
Friday 8am-1pm
