About the Role:
Central Industries Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Fence Installation Technician to join our growing team in Yonkers, NY! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality fence installations that make a lasting impression for our customers. If you take pride in your craft and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial fencing and highway guide railing, including wood, chain-link, vinyl, and ornamental iron
• Read and interpret job site layouts and installation plans
• Operate power tools, post drivers, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently
• Dig post holes and set posts using concrete or compacted fill
• Perform fence repairs, replacements, and gate installations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site

Wages and Benefits as per New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fence installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
