Job Description
This position focuses on post-judgment research for civil cases filed in General District and Circuit Court. Prior experience in collections is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Research debot information to locate assets of
• Manage and track enforcement of judgments, including wage garnishments, bank levies, and payment agreements
• Communicate professionally with debtor holders, clients, court clerks, and attorneys
• Maintain accurate records and update case management software regularly
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in legal debt collection requested but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software JST is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
