Pink Zebra Moving of Wilmington is hiring Professional Team Leaders/Drivers for our newest location. We’re looking for energetic, dependable, customer-focused people who want more than just a job. We’re looking for team members who want to grow.
At Pink Zebra Moving, pay and advancement are based on

Moving experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do
As a Professional Team Leader/Driver, you’ll help lead moving crews and deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate moving team members
- Safely drive and operate moving trucks
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Protect customer homes, furniture, and belongings
- Perform residential and commercial moving services
- Solve problems quickly and professionally on-site
- Help ensure every customer has an outstanding experience

What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Leadership, coaching, or team-building experience preferred
- Moving experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a physically active, team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR check
